How long does a full grooming session take?

Typically, a full groom takes between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your pet's size, coat condition, and temperament. We'll always give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop them off.

Do I need to stay with my pet during the groom?

We recommend owners drop off their pets. Pets often feel more anxious or distracted when their owners are present. Rest assured, our team is highly trained to keep your pet calm and comfortable!

What vaccinations are required?

For the safety of all pets in our salon, we require up-to-date vaccinations including Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus. We kindly ask you to bring proof of vaccination to your first appointment.

What if my dog's coat is badly matted?

We prioritize humanity over vanity. If a coat is severely matted, brushing it out can be extremely painful. In such cases, we may recommend a close clip to safely remove the matting and allow a healthy coat to regrow.
