Do I need to stay while my pet is being washed?
You don't have to! Most owners drop their pets off and come back when they are all fluffy and clean. But you are always welcome to peek in if you'd like.
How long does a visit usually take?
A normal wash and trim usually takes about an hour or two, depending on how big and fluffy your pet is.
What if my pet gets very nervous?
